Forgiveness Prayer

Question 1: Lord, who do I need to forgive? Who am I still holding accountable for the pain that they have caused me?
Question 2: Jesus were you there when this happened to me? What do you want to show me to bring peace to my heart?
Question 3: Are there any lies that I'm believing?
Question 4: What is your truth?
Exchange: In Jesus' name, I renounce the lie that __________ and I exchange it for the truth you just showed me that __________.
